6. Indecent Assault without the Victim’s consent - 18 Pa.C.S. § 3126(A)(1).
7. Corruption of Minors – Sex Related - 18 Pa.C.S. § 6301(A)(I)(II).
8. Sexual Abuse of Children (Viewing or Possessing of Child Pornography) – 18 Pa.C.S. § 6312(D).
9. Invasion of Privacy – 18 Pa.C.S. § 7507.1.
10. Federal Offense of Video Voyeurism – 18 U.S.C. § 1801.
11. Federal Offense of Sexual Exploitation of Minors – 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4).
12. Federal Offense of Child Pornography - 18 U.S.C. § 2252A.
13. Federal Offense of Misleading Domain Names on the Internet - 18 U.S.C. § 2252B.
14. Federal Offense of Misleading Words or Digital Images on the Internet – 18 U.S.C. § 2252C.
15. Federal offense of Coercion and Enticement – 18 U.S.C. § 2422(A).

20. A conviction for a sexual offense in another jurisdiction or foreign country that is not similar to an Adam Walsh crime, but nevertheless requires registration under a sexual offender statute in the jurisdiction or foreign country.
21. An attempt, conspiracy or solicitation to commit any of the above-mentioned crimes.
Tier II Offenses
1. Statutory Sexual Assault where the offender is eight years older but less than eleven years older than the victim - 18 Pa.C.S. § 3122.1(A)(2).
2. Institutional Sexual Assault by a volunteer, employee of a school or a child care worker - 18 Pa.C.S. § 3124.2(A.2)and (A.3).
3. Indecent Assault by forcible compulsion, threat of forcible compulsion, of an unconscious victim, of a substantially impaired victim, of a mentally disabled victim, or the victim is less than sixteen and the offender is four or more years older - 18 Pa.C.S. § 3126 (A)(2), (3), (4), (5), (6), or (8).
4. Promoting Prostitution of a Minor – 18 Pa.C.S. § 5902 (B.1).
5. Obscene and Other Sexual Materials and Performances Related to a Minor – 18 Pa.C.S. § 5903(A)(3)(II), 4(II), 5(II), or (6).
6. Sexual Abuse of Children (Photographing, Videotaping, Disseminating of Child Pornography) – 18 Pa.C.S. § 6312(B), (C).
7. Unlawful Contact with Minor – 18 Pa.C.S. § 6318.
8. Sexual Exploitation of Children – 18 Pa.C.S. § 6320.
9. Trafficking in Minors - 18 Pa. C.S. § 3011 (b).
10. Federal Offense of Sex Trafficking of Children – 18 U.S.C. § 1591.
11. Federal Offense of Sexual Abuse of a Minor – 18 U.S.C. § 2243.
12. Federal Offense of Abusive Contact where the victim is Thirteen Years of age or older but under 18 years of age. – 18 U.S.C. § 2244.
13. Federal Offense of Sexual Exploitation of Children – 18 U.S.C. § 2251.
14. Federal Offense of Selling or Buying of Children – 18 U.S.C. § 2251A.
15. Federal Offense of Materials involving Sexual Exploitation of Children – 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(1), (2) or (3).
16. Federal Offense of Production of Sexually Explicit Depictions of a Minor for Importation in the United States – 18 U.S.C. § 2260.
17. Federal Offense of Transportation for Illegal Sexual Activity - 18 U.S.C. § 2421.
18. Federal Offense of Coercion and Enticement to Engage in Prostitution – 18 U.S.C. § 2422(B).
19. Federal Offense of Transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity – 18 U.S.C. § 2423(A).
20. A comparable military offense or similar offense under the laws of another jurisdiction or foreign country, or under a former law of this Commonwealth.
21. An attempt, conspiracy or solicitation to commit one of the above-mentioned crimes.
Tier III Offenses
1. Kidnapping of a Minor – 18 Pa.C.S. § 2901 (A.1).
2. Rape – 18 Pa.C.S. § 3121.
3. Statutory Sexual Assault where the offender is eleven or more years older than the victim – 18 Pa.C.S. § 3122.1(B).
4. Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse – 18 Pa.C.S. § 3123.
5. Sexual Assault – 18 Pa.C.S. § 3124.1.
6. Institutional Sexual Assault of a Minor – 18 Pa.C.S. § 3124.2.
7. Aggravated Indecent Assault – 18 Pa.C.S. § 3125.
8. Indecent Assault of a victim under 13 – 18 Pa.C.S. § 3126(a)(7).
9. Incest of a Minor – 18 Pa.C.S. § 4302(B).
10. Federal Offense of Aggravated Sexual Abuse – 18 U.S.C. § 2241.
11. Federal Offense of Sexual Abuse – 18 U.S.C. § 2242.
12. Federal Offense of Abusive Sexual Conduct – 18 U.S.C. § 2244, where the victim is under 13 years of age.
13. A comparable military offense or similar offense under the laws of another jurisdiction or foreign country, or under a former law of this Commonwealth.
14. An attempt, conspiracy or solicitation to commit one of the above-mentioned crimes.
15. Two or more convictions of offenses listed as Tier I or Tier II sexual offenses.
